Seating charts and online refunds require Authorize.net. With PayPal, changes are saved in the system and refunds must be issued manually.
Discount Reports
Four discount reports let you analyze discounts given on events, exhibitions, memberships and multiple booth purchases, filtered by date and type, with search, sorting and export.
Exhibition Reports
Five exhibition reports cover invoices, invoice status, exhibitor payment info by date, booth summaries and cancelled invoices, each searchable, sortable and exportable.
Donation Reports
Three donation reports let you view member and non-member payments by date range, and manage pending donations by confirming or deleting them.
Event Reports
Three event reports let you view invoices by event, filter them by payment status, and track which ones are still pending payment.
Membership Reports
Nine membership reports cover everything from member searches and current or expired memberships to dues, payments, pending invoices, voting members and refunds.

View the full trip revenue summary and drill into any invoice, with options to edit, email, filter by status, search and export.

Connect your Constant Contact account in a few clicks, then pick contacts from the system and sync them straight to your email lists.

View the full list of participants registered for any trip from your client portal.
