Re-Apply process is for the members who has been refunded and want to apply again, this process is explained in detail below:
- That member would be in the Membership Refund Report, so go to that report,
- Search that member by search box
- Once you find that member then there would be two buttons for that membership ‘Join Again & Pay’, These are the two actions having two different ways to reapply for the membership.
- . Through Join Again – Member can Apply, Member Receive an email with link to pay again for ReApply Process
- Through Pay – Client can process Re-Apply, there would be a Payment page for Client to process.
